Job Description

Growing fullservice firm looking to add a talented Architect/Project Manager with a focus on Educational (K12) projects to their Cleveland Ohio team!

Responsibilities:

• Design/deliver projects to meet/exceed client expectations
  
• Prepare schedules and manage resources to stay within project budget
  
• Complete construction administration tasks throughout all phases of a project (prebond activities master planning programming schematic design development construction documentation)
  
• Complete contracts
  
• Prepare monthly billings and follow up on outstanding payments
  
• Responsible for all financial aspects of projects
  
• Mentor/train junior staff (provide direction/oversight throughout project)
  
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met
  
• Coordinate project tasks with all disciplines (both internal and external)
  
• Communicate with client regularly
  
• Develop/participate in client presentations
  
• Attend networking events
  

Requirements:

• 12 years of design/project management experience in the K12 education market
  
• Registered Architect
  
• Experience building/maintaining relationships with clients in the K12 market
  
• Experience responding to RFPs and creating/delivering presentations
  
• Strong knowledge/expertise in K12 sector design/delivery methods
  
• Experience with the OFCC standards (Relationships with the OFCC members preferred)
  
• Experience using BIM technology to lead design effort
  
• Relationships with consultants/contractors
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
