This well-established practice is home to a collaborative team of five veterinarians, including an equine sports medicine doctor and three mixed-animal practitioners, all supported by an experienced team of technicians and staff. Whether you're an experienced vet or an early career veterinarian, this is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset in both ambulatory and in-clinic care, with dedicated mentorship available for those looking to develop their mixed-animal expertise.
This role offers a balanced schedule of four shifts per week, with two days in-clinic and two days in the field, plus dedicated surgery days. With no weekend hours and a manageable shared on-call rota, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy all that Fort Myers has to offer-from stunning Gulf Coast beaches to world-class fishing, kayaking, and a laid-back, sun-soaked lifestyle. On-call duties are generously compensated, with ER fees paid 100% to the veterinarian at rates set at your discretion.
