Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist

Location: Kennett Square, PA

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site, Permanent

Annual Salary: $80000 - $100000 / Year

An Addison Group client is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team in Kennett Square, PA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, as it relates to the hiring process. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Recruits, interviews, and on-boards the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental leadership to understand skills and competencies required for roles.
  • Administers background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Facilitates new hire orientation and employee recognition programs with the collaboration of staff trainer.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from potential and current employees and filters advanced and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Administers and sits in on employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Develops and posts job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract diverse applicant pools.
  • Screens resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Coordinates interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Builds relationships with community organizations, schools, and industry groups to support talent pipeline development.
  • Assists in workforce planning initiatives to anticipate hiring needs.
  • Manages applicant tracking system (ATS) data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Tracks recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire to support process improvements.
  • Supports employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of HR experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or HR is preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree
