This role focuses on reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs. The Purpose role will document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Duties:

• Responsible for performing detailed requirements, documenting processes, prioritizing work assignments and performing user acceptance criteria for the payments and information systems testing.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, identify gaps, utilizing existing systems/processes to track and identify security risks and vulnerabilities
• Assisting in evolving team processes and driving continuous improvement based on experience in successful delivery in Agile teams.
• Contributing to the future roadmaps and planning based on industry experience and insights
• Leading the change management and release process for products the team develops based on ITIL and company best practices
• Helping to establish a strong purpose and sense of urgency within the team in order to deliver projects on time
• Maintaining alignment between the Product Management, Program Management, the Development Teams, and Customer Service
• Maintaining documentation related to project progress and compliance reporting for PCI, SOX, and FFIEC audits
• Serving as an expert for the compliance teams as needed in the areas of transaction processing, chargebacks, case management, and merchant reporting
• Will collaborate with outside vendors as a company liaison as needed to ensure company standards are maintained in processes
• Will assist with other teams to maintain compliance with various organizations to include PCI, SOX, etc. as needed
• Will validate and coordinate release processes and utilize data analysis tools (MSSQL, MS Access, Others)

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree - Computer Science - Engineering

8 + years in a Business Analyst role, Product Owner, or similar roles in card processing industry

• FinTech experience required

Proficient and have demonstrable Leadership and Teamwork skills

8+ years of agile methodologies and (LEAN, AGILE (SCRUM and SAFE) with Waterfall project management methodology

Demonstrated ability to presentation and facilitate

Preferred:

Certified Business Analyst Professional certification

Project Management Professional certification

Certified Scrum Product Owner
