Business Analyst

Location : Miami Lakes, Florida

Contract Duration: 12 months

Overview of the Role:

Conducts basic to moderately complex operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst, Bus. Analyst I or immediate supervisor.Key responsibilities include medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.

Applies standardized tools and techniques. Receives limited mentoring and guidance. 1 to 3 years related experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional tasks and responsibilities :

• Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing.
• Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Ensure all processes are well documented
• Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution

The Ideal candidate should have:

• 1-3 years experience required
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Exposure to Agile program development methodology
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Consistent follow-through
• Ability to multi-task
