Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform into the employee benefits offerings of partner companies.
Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully onboarding partner companies and ensuring a high conversion rate of employee sign-ups.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize the sales strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
7- 10 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the professional/financial services or real estate sector.
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
