What You'll Need:

3+ years of call center experience (a plus, but we can train the right candidate!)
A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong active listening skills - listen to understand, not just respond.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in using computers and various software programs.
