Job Description As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve engaging with clients through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and live chats. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each interaction contributes to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

Skills
