Job Summary:

We are seeking a Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Maintain customer records by updating account details and logging interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
