Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting (Big Four preferred), with experience in healthcare and technology as a strong plus. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, aligning cross-functional teams, and enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping to prioritize and execute key business initiatives.

  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining internal processes and ensuring organizational alignment with company goals.

  • Lead strategic projects, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company-wide initiatives and monitor performance metrics.

  • Represent the CEO in high-priority meetings, preparing briefs, and ensuring effective follow-through on action items.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation across teams.

  • Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or an operational leadership role (Big Four background strongly preferred).

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or tech-driven environments is a plus.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
