Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for the underserved population!
This is a place for self-motivated individual pursuing opportunities to professionally grow with hands-on training as we are an agency that strives to advance individuals within! RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop individualized treatment programs utilizing behavior analytic principles.
Train clinical teams on administering individualized treatment programs.
Provide ongoing feedback, support, and training to the clinical team.
Report and receive ongoing feedback from case Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Conduct on-going client assessments and design and maintain top quality treatment programs based on assessment results.
Maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain positive working relationship with clients’ family.
Maintain minimum billable client treatment requirements per contractual hours.
Write progress reports for various funding sources.
Provide parent consultation to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in related field
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels.
Must have a reliable source of transportation and willing to travel between clients.
Must be able to work flexible shift with morning hours availability
Must have a valid California Driver’s License and active drivers insurance.
Proven people-management skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and punctuality.
Excellent administrative skills.
Physical Demands: - Full physical dexterity/agility to perform required movements (bending, kneeling, typing, etc.).
- Sufficient vision to carry out duties.
- Ability to lift and carry pediatric clients (5 to 50 lbs.).
BENEFITS:
Pay Rate: $60- $75/hr an hour depending on experience, education and certification.

*ABA Sign-On Bonus is paid after 90 days working with clients. Bonus will vary based on ABA work experience, education, certification and meeting all job requirements.
