We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist/Operator to join our dynamic team in Jackson, TN, 38305. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to production standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or Operator.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine programming and operation.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
