Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive CNC Operator to manage the operation of CNC machines and oversee team members downstream in the assembly line. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of CNC processes and the ability to lead and support a production team. (We are wiling to train the right candidate if experience is lacking.)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce cabinet components with high precision.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with and oversee team members working downstream in the assembly line to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure quality and productivity in downstream processes.
• Keep detailed records of production and machine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC machines in a woodworking or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Physical ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
