We’re looking for a strategic and creative Copywriter with a passion for healthcare storytelling to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will craft compelling and strategically sound copy that engages audiences across multiple channels, ensuring clinical accuracy and brand alignment. You will work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop messaging that drives meaningful connections. Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, on-brand messaging for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, traditional media, and marketing collateral.
• Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
• Ensure all messaging is accurate and adheres to industry regulations and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client brands and service lines, competitive landscapes, and evolving healthcare trends.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and clients to create compelling storytelling that resonates with patient and provider audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide strategic input on content development and brand positioning.
• Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
• Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and voice while maintaining high editorial standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising or marketing agency, preferably with a focus on healthcare (more medical health experience required; pharmaceutical experience not necessary).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in healthcare marketing and cross-channel storytelling.
• Ability to take medical terms and explain them in a clear and engaging way for different audiences.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, account leads, and healthcare clients.
• Proficiency in digital content, social media, and patient engagement strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
