Job Overview

Crimson Education is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of impactful events across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional live and virtual experiences that increase brand awareness, engage families, and generate high-quality leads.

You will work closely with the USA marketing team and senior management to run a diverse range of events—from regional presentations and partnership events to parent seminars to large-scale education expos and Crimson-hosted information evenings. This role requires domestic travel and a passion for creating seamless, high-impact experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a high volume of events (live and online), including webinars, school talks, conferences, parent nights, expos, and community workshops.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design event strategy, calendar, and goals aligned with Crimson’s mission and lead generation targets.

  • Coordinate all logistics, including venue booking, A/V setup, travel planning, promotional materials, RSVP management, and vendor relationships.

  • Serve as the on-site lead at live events, ensuring smooth operations and a standout experience for attendees.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for schools, venues, and collaborators to ensure professionalism and clear communication throughout the event lifecycle.

  • Partner with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and create follow-up campaigns that engage attendees.

  • Track attendance, feedback, and event outcomes to report on ROI and drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a detailed and organized events calendar, travel schedule, and post-event documentation.

  • Craft content and presentations for live events and webinars, and act as the host alongside expert speakers, strategists, and former admissions officers.

     

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or field marketing (education or edtech experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple events and timelines simultaneously
  • Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, people-facing environments
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and an enthusiasm for creating meaningful attendee experiences
  • Comfortable presenting or hosting at events when needed
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented marketer, with strong follow-through.
  • Willing and excited to travel regularly across the U.S. (approx. 1–2 trips per month, sometimes more during peak seasons)
  • Passionate about education and eager to contribute to Crimson’s mission of leveling the college admissions playing field
