Job Description

Position: Bilingual Clerk – full time, 6-month contract (potential to hire)

Location: Pasadena, CA 91107

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm

Pay rate: $20p/h

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and correspondence

• Resolve all aspects of customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely responses

• Enter accurate information into the database

• Collaborate with various staff members to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintain records and ensure proper documentation.

• Light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and envelope packing

• Handle email and phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience

• Bilingual work communication required in English and one of the following: Farsi, Mandarin, Armenian, Spanish

• Microsoft Office proficient

• 35 wpm

• Background screen after acceptance of job offer
