A well-established, two-doctor private practice in Selma, North Carolina is seeking a General Dentist to join its team. With a solid patient base and a supportive clinical staff, this opportunity offers the perfect blend of autonomy, stability, and long-term growth.
The practice features 10 operatories , a Panoramic X-ray system, and a full clinical support team, including a hygienist and four dental assistants. Implant placement experience is a plus but not required.
Position Overview
– Location: Selma, NC
– Schedule: 4-day workweek
– General dentistry for all ages
– Optional implant placement (Pan in place)
– 2-doctor team, 10 operatories
– Patient base: Mostly cash and private insurance
Compensation & Benefits
– Daily minimum with transition to 30–32% of adjusted production
