Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced and driven Director of New Business to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Schaumburg, IL, and focuses on leading new business development efforts within the advertising agency sector across a variety of media platforms. Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement strategies to drive new business and revenue growth within the advertising sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Develop effective pitches and negotiate new business opportunities with prospective clients
Oversee media buying and planning across multiple platforms including TV, radio, cable, OTT, newspapers, and outdoor advertising
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Manage accounts and continue fostering relationships to generate long-term business success

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in the advertising industry, particularly in new business development
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new clients
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch and negotiate effectively
Deep understanding of media buying and planning across a range of platforms
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
This is an in-office position located in Schaumburg, IL, so applicants must be able to relocate before starting

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $72,000, with the potential to earn $500,000+ per year
The real earning potential comes from bringing in new business and managing those accounts. Experienced professionals can expect to earn well beyond $250,000 annually, with no caps on income.
