**Job Title: District Sales Manager - Vapor Intrusion Technologies**
**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy District Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional sales and technical support for our comprehensive range of vapor intrusion technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to develop innovative remedial solutions for environmental engineering firms, regulators, and end-users. This position reports to the Director but collaborates closely with all team members.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging technical sales presentations to potential clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage a project pipeline to achieve district sales goals.
- Provide technical support and oversee product application at construction sites.
- Represent our company at trade shows and regional conferences.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry news related to vapor intrusion.
- Develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed district sales targets.
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment with a competitive spirit.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for public speaking.
- General knowledge of the real estate development process.
- Experience in building construction, environmental consulting, vapor intrusion mitigation, and site remediation practices.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Consultative selling experience.
**Travel**
- Up to 50% within the multi-state territory in the US.
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Base salary of $68,000 plus commission.
