Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EDI Operations Specialist to manage and support the EDI integration processes as well as project coordination for custom development requests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the implementation of EDI in collaboration with our data and development team & coordinating professional service projects.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and communications with clients and internal teams.

Proven experience with EDI.
Proficient in excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
Experience with Adobe LiveCycle or similar PDF editor/designer software.
Experience gathering and documenting client requirements
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
