Salary 120,000 - 160,000 USD per year
Requirements:
- We are seeking candidates with a minimum of eight years of related work experience, which must include at least five years of project management experience. An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required, with a graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, I will manage and lead a team of technical support staff responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring software and tools. I will:
- Hire, evaluate, and supervise the team while providing guidance and training to help them grow.
- Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Oversee the delivery of software releases related to our products for the business units and collaborate with business clients to determine project scopes and environmental requirements.
- Collaborate closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans, as well as participate in the establishment of long-term department goals.
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Adapt department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead quality initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels and work with senior management to plan and execute both short and long-range goals.
- Present status updates, metrics, and department initiatives during meetings with management and project peers while maintaining relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners.
- Participate in budget development for the department and ensure operations stay within budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure that staff adhere to information technology and information security policies and procedures, verifying that deliverables meet all outlined requirements.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
