• Develop leads in the Colorado Springs area to build a strong customer base for potential clients.
• Participate in training sessions aimed at enhancing real estate knowledge and honing sales skills.
• Persistently follow up on leads until successful appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent.
• Maintain regular communication with homebuyers in Colorado Springs through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and enhance brand recognition.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company goals.
• Efficiently convert and handle sales inquiries from qualified leads to acquire new clients.
• Update and manage the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information for agents.
• Organize and conduct appointments effectively with potential clients.
Qualifications:
• To be eligible for the role of Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Colorado Springs, CO, US, candidates must possess or be willing to acquire a valid Real Estate License.
• Previous sales background is a prerequisite for consideration in this position.
