Mountain Youth Academy is seeking a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST to join our growing team! 

***This role requires a successful background check, fingerprinting and employment verification***

Mountain Youth Academy is centrally located near Johnson City, TN, Boone, NC, and Abingdon, VA. We are a 120-bed residential treatment facility and assist in the  evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues for our young adolescent patients.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for meeting, greeting, and assisting the public and Mountain Youth Academy employees. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clientele. The receptionist is accountable for answering high volumes of incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner. This position also performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. The purchasing agent reviews approved purchase orders and implements the purchasing process. .

JOB REQUIREMENTS : (include, but are not limited to, the following)

• Provides telephone support including first response for answering telephones and directing calls, managing messages, and greeting visitors. 
• Professionally represents Mountain Youth Academy to employees, members, brokers, vendors and the community.
• Maintains a logbook of visitors and announces all visitors to the respective departments. Utilization of the Raptor system.
• Order supplies and keep spreadsheets for reference and financial tracking.
• Assist the CFO and Business office Manager with Licenses database

Job Requirements/Special Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required/Preferably one year of related experience
