Job Description:
We are looking for skilled paralegals to assist with document preparation case management and legal research in multiple practice areas. The ideal candidates will work remotely taking on assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents for family law probate immigration and other cases
Conduct legal research and analysis
Manage case files and maintain accurate records
Communicate with clients through our secure online portal
Meet deadlines and maintain highquality work standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or 2nd year law student
Proficiency in family law probate immigration or other relevant legal areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with legal software and online research tools
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Qualifications:
Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
Experience with document management systems and secure file sharing platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
