Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex healthcare IT initiatives, including FHIR and EDI interoperability projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards, and integration protocols, along with proven experience managing health data exchange projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic FHIR and EDI interoperability projects from initiation to completion.
Manage complex IT and health data exchange projects across cross-functional teams.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and feedback loops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
Proven experience managing complex healthcare IT or data exchange projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards, and integration protocols.
Hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, EDI, and other interoperability standards.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare analytics platforms.
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Working with US healthcare clients.
Agile/Scrum project delivery.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in healthcare environments.
