Insurance Field Inspector - Cape Charles to Chincoteague Location

We are a regional insurance inspection firm that covers the southeastern United States and is based in Louisiana. We are expanding into VA at the request of our largest client. We are looking for someone to cover the eastern shore territory, as our MD and Chesapeake inspectors have been handling to this point. 

• We are looking for someone to run eastern shore. Majority of work has been Temperanceville & Chincoteague
• Each commercial report pays $63 per inspection and typically takes about an hour to complete.
  • Southern runs to Cape Charles would include pre-agreed travel pay for each trip
• The position is 1099 and scheduled at your own pace, within a 20-day time frame.
• All training needed for the position is provided, but we do prioritize those with construction or insurance backgrounds.
• Pay is sent twice per month on approved accounts. 

Job Description:

• The position will require you to contact the insured to complete an interview, schedule an onsite appointment, provide photographs and a diagram of the location, and then submit your findings on our website. 

Requirements:

• You will be required to have reliable transport, a computer with high-speed internet, and a digital camera.
• All training will be provided, but relevant work history is favored.
