Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Communications Specialist to manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity in our messaging. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and communicator, capable of representing the company to various stakeholders and fostering an environment of transparency and engagement.

Salary :$22.50 - $31.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and distribute clear and concise internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and announcements.
• Develop and edit written materials such as press releases, speeches, and company reports.
• Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all written and verbal communication.
• Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and media outlets.
• Support leadership with communication strategies and materials for presentations and meetings.
• Plan and execute corporate events, such as conferences, community outreach programs, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in event planning and coordination is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
