Leasing Agent – Valley Wide Locations: Serving the vibrant communities of Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Tempe, Gilbert, and Chandler Hourly Rate: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Varies with weekends as needed

What You'll Do
Property Showings: Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of our community by conducting tours and showcasing our exemplary properties.
Tenant Engagement: Provide exceptional service to prospective and current residents, ensuring their questions are answered and their leasing experience is seamless.
Marketing and Outreach: Play an integral role in promoting available units, using your interpersonal skills and creativity to attract a diverse range of residents.
Administrative Duties: Manage leasing documentation, conduct follow-ups, and maintain precise records to support our community’s occupancy goals.
Flexibility: Embrace a varied schedule that includes weekends as needed to meet the demands of our busy market.
