About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Development Product Owner specializing in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain to join our team in San Antonio, TX . This role requires a professional with strong IT and business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to bridge functional and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading projects in an Agile environment, driving Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful IT implementation within the P&C domain.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ Years of IT Experience
• 3+ Years of experience as Product Owner
• Understand P&C domain Knowledge (Business Perspective, IT Implementation)
• Have an excellent communication and workmanship to manage Functional Teams
• Lead Technical and Functional Project management aspects as a Product Owner
• Strong Experience in Agility, Scrum Ceremonies

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Product Owner for IT projects in the P&C domain , bridging business needs and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for IT implementation.
• Oversee both technical and functional aspects of project management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive and facilitate Agile processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Provide leadership in Scrum ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
• Stay informed of industry trends and P&C domain advancements to guide product direction and innovation.
