Core Duties:

• Prioritize Safety: Strict adherence to safety policies and GMPs is crucial.
• Technical Skills: Minimize equipment downtimes through expert troubleshooting and regular maintenance.
• Record Maintenance: Meticulously document every task for future reference.
• Inter-Department Coordination: Coordinate work to minimize disruption.
• Inventory Management: Efficiently track parts used, upholding control procedures.
• Seamless Communication: Facilitate smooth transitions between shifts with clear information relay.
• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor peers and educate production staff on technical insights.
• Development & Improvement: Drive projects for continuous facility enhancements.

Key Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; further technical education is favorable.
• 1 – 3 years in high-speed manufacturing maintenance, with a strong preference for beverage/packaging experience.
• Familiarity with industrial tools, diagrams, and computer systems, including CMMS.
