Community Bank Market President

About The Role

As Market President, you will serve as a leader, coach, mentor, and cheerleader to a team of banking professionals seeking to establish a market presence and build new customer relationships. Additionally, you will serve as the face of the bank, representing it in civic organizations, at public and private events, and in every facet of community life.

A Highly Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following:

* A strong work ethic, founded on honesty and integrity, continually striving toward excellence.
* Proven success in developing, negotiating, and underwriting complex commercial loan deals.
* A solid understanding of bank financial performance data.
* The ability to effectively lead others to set and exceed performance goals.

* A heart focused on community service and involvement that helps establish firm banking relationship roots in the community.
