About the Role
In this role, you'll build and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives growth and aligns with our company's goals. You'll work closely with leadership to shape our brand and ensure our marketing initiatives resonate with clients and partners. While this position is currently an individual contributor role, there is potential to grow into a team leadership role as the company scales.
What You'll Do
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
Create a comprehensive marketing plan leveraging digital, content, social media, and traditional channels to achieve growth goals.
Set measurable objectives that align with broader business priorities.
Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns
Lead marketing initiatives, coordinating across digital ads, social media, content creation, and more to maximize impact.
Partner with sales, HR, and other teams to ensure a unified and consistent approach.
Budget Management
Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and meet growth targets.
Content and Messaging
Write and review ad copy, press releases, blog posts, and social media content to ensure consistency with brand voice and objectives.
Collaborate with media outlets to expand brand visibility and reach.
Analytics and Optimization
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
8+ years of marketing experience, including digital marketing, client acquisition, and cross-functional team management.
Skills & Expertise
Proficient in social media management, digital advertising, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies from concept to completion.
Strong communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling content across various platforms.

Compensation
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience).
