We’re seeking a Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator to lead in-person events that inspire action, mobilize donors, and build strong community connections.
Plan and execute live fundraising and outreach events , including tabling activations, awareness campaigns, and donor drives
Serve as a passionate, professional representative for nonprofit partners at public events
Facilitate impactful one-on-one engagement with community members and donors to increase support
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, boost event attendance, and achieve campaign objectives
Create and manage event materials such as signage, talking points, flyers, and donation forms
Track and report event data—donations, sign-ups, engagement metrics, and participant feedback
Support grassroots campaign strategies alongside community organizers and partner organizations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident and compassionate in public engagement
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working in fast-paced, face-to-face public settings
Deep commitment to equity, social justice, and community-driven change
Experience in nonprofit events, fundraising, or outreach is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
