Registered Nurse Med Surg needed in Fort Myers, FL.

Salary and Benefits

• The hourly pay range for this position is $31.16 - $49.60
• Relocation Assistance- Up to $7,000
• Housing Allowance - $1,800 for 6 months
• Night Shift Differential - $6 per hour
• Health Insurance – Employers Pays 80% (Around $50 Per Pay Period)
• Dental and Vision Insurance Offered
• Paid Time Off (24 Vacation Days in your first year)
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 5% Match
• Tuition Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Day Shift and Night Shift Available
• Assess patients' conditions.
• Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
• Observe patients and record the observations.
• Administer patients' medicines and treatments.
• Set up plans for patients' care or contribute information to existing plans.
• Consult and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
• Registered Nurse RN
• 2 Years of Experience in Nursing Preferred
