Therecare Pediatric Services is a leader in the disability space and is currently hiring OTRs and COTA's throughout the state of Arizona. Theracare has streamlined all business processes to decrease the amount of paperwork that burdens many therapy providers. All bonuses are paid out contingent on a minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments (IN PERSON) per week during the initial sign-on bonus, 5 years and 10 year anniversary, and at least 1 year following the Bonus payout date.
