Office Manager – ABA Clinic

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our Fayetteville clinic. If you’re highly organized, people-focused, and eager to support meaningful work, this is your chance to make an impact that matters.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and a welcoming environment for families and staff
  
• Partner with BCBAs, HR, and administrative teams to streamline onboarding for both clients and employees
  
• Maintain systems for scheduling, communication, and overall clinic organization
  
• Track key performance metrics and oversee operational processes to drive improvement
  
• Coordinate staff schedules, including updates, shift changes, and availability tracking
  
• Lead internal communications to keep all teams connected and aligned
  
• Plan training sessions, employee engagement activities, and staff recognition events
  
• Support community outreach initiatives and clinic-wide engagement projects
  
• Provide administrative support to the Clinical Director and leadership team
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office, clinic, or operations management (healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferred)
  
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent professional background preferred
  
• Strong skills in organization, communication, and interpersonal relationships
  
• Ability to lead with empathy and foster positive, collaborative team culture
  
• Comfortable analyzing data, solving problems, and adjusting to shifting priorities
  
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to help both teams and families succeed
