OFFICE MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Two to three years experience in an office setting or similar business environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, Quickbooks.
  • Has a basic working knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc).
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skill sets.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving in store supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Keeps on top of in store supply needs.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes employee scheduling, and oversees fulfillment, and tracks employee hours through the year.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains operational staffing by recruiting, aiding in selection, orienting, and helps with training of employees when possible.
  • Maintains operational staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains and manages in store operational systems such as POS systems, accounting software, office software, etc.

This can be a full-time, part-time and or seasonal position.

An estimated wage of $15-20 per hour based on qualifications and work ethic is available.  Uniforms are supplied.
