We are a busy restaurant/lounge/event facility in search of a full-time go-getter to join our team who is positive and energetic with excellent customer service skills.


The Park Manager is responsible for orchestrating the daily operations of the restaurant. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- hiring, training and managing the performance of all staff
- overseeing inventory and ordering of food, beverage, and supplies
- ensuring that we deliver an amazing level of service to every customer every day
- maintaining cleaning schedules
- ensuring that all maintenance & repairs are completed as needed
- controlling costs & waste
- being an “ambassador” of The Park both on and off-site to facilitate the growth of the customer base
- facilitating ongoing communication with the owner

GUEST SERVICE
- Lead by example & train staff to provide absolute customer satisfaction
- Mediate complaints & immediately take appropriate action to resolve issues

PERSONNEL
- Review all staff schedules for proper coverage & cost effectiveness
- Solicit, interview & hire new staff as necessary
- Ensure that all staff completes an orientation and then appropriate daily departmental training before working independently
- Establish staff expectations, provide ongoing feedback & coaching and address performance issues

FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Must have or obtain ServeSafe certification & ABC Manager’s license
- Ensure compliance with Park operational standards as well as local laws
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling & storage, cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen, bar & dining areas
- Monitor kitchen to ensure consistent high-quality food preparation, presentation & service
- Work with chef & owner to estimate food needs and maintain kitchen standards
- Work with bar manager & owner to establish weekly liquor needs


OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
- Must develop high level working knowledge of the operating systems: PosiTouch, Open Table, Highrise
- Maintain schedules & notes for routine vendor visits: hood cleaning, pest control, fire extinguishers, HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electric, etc.
- Monitoring established daily & weekly internal cleaning schedules
