Outside Sales Representative

Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our high-quality concrete products and services to contractors, construction companies, and other clients in the construction industry. \n\rThis role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding project needs, and achieving sales targets within your territory.\n\rDuties include utilizing proven sales techniques to generate leads and attract new customers in the construction and concrete sectors; maintaining and expanding the client database within your assigned territory; conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends; collaborating with the sales team to achieve company sales goals and share best practices; providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored product solutions; and negotiating contracts and closing deals efficiently, ensuring profitable partnerships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with a focus on direct sales, business development, or B2B sales. \n\r Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients. \n\r Ability to upsell concrete products or services effectively, catering to customer needs. \n\rFamiliarity with the construction industry and knowledge of concrete products is a plus.\n\r Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a timely and efficient manner. \n\rMust pass a background check and drug screen.
