Salary: $28 - $38 per hour

Potential for annual profit share + performance incentives

What You'll Do:

• Work your magic on solo projects, creating beautiful, lasting results.
• Showcase your skills in multiple trades like light plumbing, electrical work, and painting/patching.
• Delight our homeowners with your craftsmanship and top-notch customer service.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently, with the freedom to manage your schedule.
• Use a smartphone app to manage jobs, scopes of work, and GPS tracking.

What We're Looking For:  

• 10+ years of professional handyman, carpentry, or residential remodeling experience Including 2+ years of experience engaging directly with homeowners/customers
• High-level skill set in finished carpentry, with capability in other trades.
• Attention to detail that rivals an eagle's eye and the ability to juggle multiple projects like a pro.
• Ability to delight clients and execute tasks efficiently
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
• Must reside within a 40 minute commute of Downtown Philadelphia 
• Own work truck or van needed for the position
• Own standard set of hand & power tools
• Comfortable fluently communicating in English with homeowners
• Comfortable using a personal smartphone to access and manage company apps for tasks, jobs, and the scope of work.
