  • Responding to internal and external payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Supporting year-end payroll processing and filings.
  • Staying current on legislation affecting health and retirement benefits for executive employees.
  • Managing benefit and executive payroll-related integrations.
  • Assisting with payroll-related projects and special assignments.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, analytical, and highly professional. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • 4 to 7 years of payroll experience in a national organization.
  • College education in Office Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Payroll.
  • Proficiency in GlobalView (ADP) SAP-based payroll system.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration and HR practices.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience processing executive compensation (equity, deferred comp, non-qualified plans).
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
  • Familiarity with federal and state payroll legislation.

Benefits

We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
