Front Desk Attendant - Newfound Lake Inn

We're seeking a friendly and tech-savvy Front Desk Attendant to join our team at the Newfound Lake Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inn events and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and manage dining and overnight accommodation reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of inn events to communicate accurate information to guests.
• Follow inn and restaurant policies for reservations and guest interactions.
• Become an expert in Newfound Lake attractions, amenities, and Inn offerings.
• Work evening shift (2:00 PM - 8:30 PM) as needed, up to 5 days per week.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, requirement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts.
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

$15-$20 per hour (based on experience).
