What You'll Do

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates

What We're Looking For
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
Experience:
Junior-Level: 1-3 years in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
Senior-Level: 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business requirements.
Customer and Market Insight:
Analytical skills to gather and interpret market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
Experience using tools like Jira or Trello for product planning.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
Adaptability and a growth-oriented attitude in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SaaS, B2B software, or consumer tech products.
Knowledge of UX principles and data-driven product design.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) are a bonus.
