Job Description
The primary focus of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to provide high-quality care to patients consistent with training and expertise, while improving the health of patients and the community.

Details:
Permanent, full-time position
Provide case consultation to PCPs and BH team members regarding psychotropic medication questions
Provide patient education and medication advice to diverse patients
Maintain charts in electronic health record, NextGen
Flexible and able to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume primary care clinic

Qualifications
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Valid California medical license
Experience in behavioral health triage, crisis intervention, and case management
