We're looking for a skilled and driven **QC Chemistry Scientist** to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to quality operations that support innovative products and processes in a highly regulated environment.
**In This Role, You Will:**
+ Write and develop comprehensive study protocols
+ Perform critical reviews of analytical data to ensure accuracy and compliance
+ Manage and oversee stability studies from planning through execution
+ Investigate and support resolution of OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results
+ Coordinate analytical transfers and validation activities with subcontractors
+ Oversee subcontractor performance and maintain quality standards
+ Contribute actively to the daily operations and continuous improvement of the QC department
**Your Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree (Bac+5) in Chemistry
+ Background in nanomedicine is a plus
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QC role within a GMP-regulated environment in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
+ Experience in QA is an added advantage

+ In-depth knowledge of GMP and relevant regulatory frameworks (BPF, ICH-Q7, ISO13485, US/EU Pharmacopeia)
+ Strong project management capabilities and ability to meet tight deadlines
+ Analytical mindset with a rigorous, methodical approach to scientific investigations
+ Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills
