Key Responsibilities:
* Edit real estate video footage using Adobe Premiere for a professional final product.
* Organize raw footage for streamlined workflows with the video team.
* Perform color grading for interior and exterior shots to ensure consistency.
* Incorporate music to enhance the emotional tone of videos.
* Use After Effects for motion graphics, animations, and visual enhancements.
* Align video content with the client’s branding and marketing goals.
* Edit in various styles, from formal and elegant to edgy and social-friendly.
* Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Collaborate remotely with the video team and provide regular project updates.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Expertise in Adobe Premiere for video editing and arrangement.
* Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color grading and correction.
* Knowledge of After Effects for adding motion graphics and animations.
* Strong file organization and curation skills.
* Skilled in selecting and syncing music to complement videos.
* Strong audio mixing skills for blending music, voice, and sound effects.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a team.
* Detail-oriented and creative in delivering high-quality video content.
* Fast internet connection for managing large file uploads and downloads.
