- Ensure quality of recruitment of dedicated TSMs (in cooperation with HR);
- Manage the team of TSMs in accordance with PepsiCo processes and procedures to create and keep highly trained, professional and effective sales team operating on PepsiCo standards;
- Monitor dedicated sales force turnover to ensure appropriate level and achieve agreed turnover KPIs;
- Ensure implementation of agreed C&B system and procedures to achieve best productivity and profitability.
· Budgeting
- responsible for managing the budget in the most effective and profitable way which bring bigger volume uplift.
- Cooperate with other departments
- Cooperate with other departments of PepsiCo to ensure delivering of established targets;
- Effective cooperation with head of SC, Finance, Legal & Marketing departments to ensure delivering of established targets.
· Reporting
- Track & analyze team & individual performance reports;
Develops & implements monthly reports on competition (performance, activities & initiatives, etc.);
