Job Description

We are seeking dedicated RNs to provide exceptional care and nursing services for our residents in a long-term care facility. In this role, you will assess, evaluate, and treat minor illnesses, manage chronic health problems, and develop and implement resident care plans. You will also handle administrative and supervisory tasks for the nursing department as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
  • Assess, evaluate, and treat minor illnesses and manage chronic health problems.
  • Develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and progress.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff and aides.
  • Handle administrative and supervisory tasks for the nursing department as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Oklahoma RN license.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
