As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Guesty, you will play a pivotal role in training, educating, and enabling our sales team. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement strategies, tools, and resources that enable our sales representatives to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and processes, including onboarding training.
  • Developing sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted and ongoing enablement initiatives.
  • Partnering with product teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product development efforts, including gathering data about product feature requests and effectively communicating them to product teams.
  • Providing ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to optimize their performance and productivity.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Two years experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and bridge the gap between human learning processes and data. 
  • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and making an impact.

    Compensation range- 100-110k$ OTE annually
