Salesforce Administrator St. Petersburg, FL 

FinTrust Connect has been engaged by a well-capitalized, growth-oriented insurance and financial services organization to identify a Salesforce Administrator to support its enterprise-wide Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategy.

We are seeking a hands-on, business-facing Salesforce professional who can configure, optimize, and drive adoption of Salesforce across multiple business units. This is not just a system support rolethe successful candidate will be central to how the organization uses CRM tools and automation to improve performance, reduce manual processes, and empower end users across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Continuous Improvement teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and workflow automation (Flows, Process Builder)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Experience translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions

  • Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADX-211), reporting/dashboarding skills, insurance or financial services background, RevOps or CI exposure

Description:

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator across business units

  • Configure user permissions, workflows, security settings, and page layouts

  • Lead Salesforce enhancements, automations, and integrations (HubSpot, Aircall, etc.)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions

  • Design and deliver user training, documentation, and platform support

  • Monitor adoption, streamline broken processes, and improve system usability

  • Maintain platform health, data integrity, and performance across departments

  • Act as a Salesforce champion and trusted partner to business leaders
